MAKRO SRUBENS VALLEY WON'T DELIVER FRIDGE
I bought a fridge from Makro, the Strubens Valley branch on the 2nd of Feb 2020. I asked them if they delivered. I paid the delivery fee and they reassured me that they would deliver at a time suitable for me. They said that they would call me to arrange delivery time on the 4th of Feb 2020 as I'd only be available after 16h30 to accept the delivery. On the 4th of Feb 2020 at 14h00 I recieved a phone call from the delivery man telling me that they don't deliver after 16h00. The whatsapp Makro self service mentions that delivery times are from 8am-5pm so why wasn't my fridge delivered? I would not suggest buying from Makro Strubens Valley and using their delivery service.
