Makro Springfield sleeping again

Springfield makro has the most *********** people working there. Even managers are a waste of space. They delivered the wrong washing machine yesterday 29 November then phoned last night to say they delivered the wrong machine. They then hoot around 07h00 on a Sunday morning creating a big noise in our quiet neighborhood. Thabo said he made a mistake and took the one he had delivered. He said he would be back shortly and deliver our machine. We waited 3 hours no feedback. Called Springfield and the guy at delivery dept **** & said he would call back to notify us. He didnt call, on calling back he then told me the same thing he will get back to me so I told him to let me speak to his manager. The manageress said in the background why I must talk & then my call got cut! Phoned again & again they ignored my call. Called call center & even the consultant was shocked they couldnt assist me. This is not the first time with Makro Springfield & sadly I purchased another product from your online.... I do not know what kind of service will come of that!!!!
