Makro Springfield refuses take back its useless Phillips steamer, REF ***

I am very disappointed to driven for 20km to the nearest makro just to be treated like trash. I went to makro in Springfield to buy a steam iron that was supposed to make my elderly mothers life easier . i was advised to purchase a philips steamer that was on sale, when i got home i found that it takes my mother even longer to steam garments, the steamer takes longer than the conventional iron to get ride of wrinkles. My mother hates how slow it is and she would like a conventional iron (EVEN IF ITS FROM PHILLIPS) Makro is refusing to credit me for a product that does not do what i was promised, i am highly disappointed !
