Makro Springfield Poor customer service

I brought a bundle deal from Makro Springfield in Durban. One was a headphone and the other was a wireless earphoneOne of the products was defective. Makro refuses to replace the defective product because their supplier doesn't have stock. They will only refund the purchase if I return both items which is impossible as I have contact with the person who took the wireless earphones. They will not entertain any replacing the defective product with an alternative. Please don't buy bundle deals unless you are willing to return both products if you need a refund and sadly the won't replace the product that's problematic. Their customer service is beyond ***********. They don't respond to emails or keep you updated.
