Makro Springfield Pathetic Service and Employees

I ordered a Hisense 347l fridge on the 29th of November at Makro Springfield and was given an estimation delivery date of the 7th of December which they informed me I could come into the store anytime to fetch the fridge for myself if I wish to. Yesterday on the 10th I went to the store and hired a van to pick it up myself since they failed to deliver on time and was told they do not have the fridge in the store after I had paid R350 for someone to assist me with picking the fridge up. They later called in the afternoon and said the fridge will be delivered by 7pm. 30 minutes later the driver calls and says they cannot come anymore because they were given the wrong fridge. I have called the driver and they say the fridge IS OUT OF STOCK?? no one has bothered calling me to let me know I have to do the follow ups.
