Makro Springfield Park - Bad online service & delivery service

I've had the worst experience with the online service of the Makro Springfield Park. I placed an order on the 24th of Feb 23, to be delivered at my work address between 8 to 4pm. On Sunday they arrive at my work address with my order, ignoring the instruction that it was a work address. Monday, I called the call center, I was advised that its out for delivery, on Tuesday at 5:40 pm I get a call that my order has arrived again ignoring the work address instruction. Wednesday, I called again, I was told that my order was repacked and will be delivered on Friday the 3rd of Mar 23, its Monday the 6th of Mar 23 and still haven't received my order.
