Makro Springfield Park and Ryobi horrible and pathetic service ever!

I bought a grass cutter from Makro a Ryobi brand and after 1 use the machine stopped working and had to return it. What an inconvenience and pathetic service I got from them. Let alone that as to send me to the manufacturer of the product to go return it there myself. I need a refund for my money wasted buying a brand that I did not check reviews for from other users. MAKRO Springfield park in Durban and Ryobi are the worst companies combined.

Will wait for my refund whether it takes a whole year or not because I am not gonna pay for them to repair the machine that is not of good quality!
