Makro, you have mislead the public. We are in lockdown level 3 and the liquor stores closes at 5pm on a thursday. Why are your managers turning us away at 4.15pm. Rediculous! I can understand 4.45pm but your line had a mere 10 people in it at 4.15pm.

What makes me more angry is the fact that your manager informed me that you close at 4.30. And this happens when the entire country is aware of the operating times of your store! Makro springfield park I am really ashamed at the manner in which you handle and speak to your customers. Dont abuse your power when people stand in a queue knowing you are in the wrong.
