Makro Springfield is the worst

My washing machine first broke down in December, makro refused to fix it, I then went dropped it off the store, they sent it back while I was still on holiday, I had to cut my holiday short because they said I would be charged a daily storage rate. After that it broke down again they sent someone to inspect it he broke my furniture, I informed them they ignored me, I requested someone else he fixed it a month later it broke down again they sent someone else to look at it he claimed there was nothing wrong with it, I tried to use it, the damn thing was not working I called for the forth time I had to take leave at work just wait for them to inspect it finally they confirmed there was an issue. The most offensive part is that they said I was lying I must be liable for the call out fee of their service provider
