Makro Springfield and Samsung top loader refund

Machine price R6999.00 Delivery fee: R250

Amount paid = R7249.00

Your store delivered it on the Thursday 13-04-2023 They unpacked it and set it up.

We were not made aware that the machine needs additional plumbing for hot water and that the machine cannot heat up water.

We still have the original packaging.

Please advice urgently how we can go about getting a refund for this and how to return it. We will purchase another washing machine from your store as soon as we have concluded this.
