Makro springfield again! Pathetic!
Manager Emanuel at Makro Springfield very rude and extremely unprofessional.
Insulted me and refused to accept a pack of 250ml C***** milk which was spoiled. He claimed he doesn't sell expired products. The milk was purchased on 26/02/2021, expiration 28/02/2021.
He told me to return the milk where I bought it (Amanzimtoti) which is absurd. I said 'My friend' and tried to explain when he rudely said 'I'm not your friend!'
How does Wallmart employ *********** management?! I'm shopping at Makro for more than 20years and today marks the last day I will shop at Makro Springfield!
Besides the pathetic service, waste of my time and fuel aswell as the negative implications of my child consuming spoiled milk I am in shock as to how a useless manager is allowed to treat customers in such an apauling manner.
