Makro Springfield

I am utterly disgusted with Makro Springfield Park today. There were only 14 tellers open and the queues to pay were snaking all the way to the otherside of the store. I stood in the queue for 20 mins, then spent another 15 mins emptying my trolley and repacking my trolley because Makro does not have packers anymore!!!!!!! Then after that we had to join another decently long queue to have our till slips and trolleys checked!!!!!!!!! I mean really Makro??? After speaking to the supervisor and complaining all she could tell us was I am sorry and more tellers and packers are on their way and this is at 3.30pm. This is after telling her that I am 5 months pregnant with flat feet. I love shopping at Makro; their prices are fairly reasonable but having to wait this long to pay with my mum who is 60 with a club foot and 4 year old daughter is ridiculous.
