Makro South Africa won't even refund R32 for items they don't deliver!

I ordered online and got 1 order split into multiple courier deliveries which was irritating to say the least then one of my items was not delivered and when I contacted support they just send me the same copy and pasted email saying it was delivered. This item cost R32 I'm not trying to rip them off for R32 if I said I didn't receive it it's because I didn't. Honestly what a waste of time.
