Makro South Africa Pathetic service

This company, Makro, is giving the worst service I EVER experienced from any company in South-Africa!! Even the PA of the managing director could not sort out my complain. If you want to experience total frustration coupled with not so competent staff manning the customer service lines as well as pathetic service from the MD's secretary right down to the customer service agents. Also, if you want to speak to someone who can make decissions, they are never available. Makro will NEVER see me again!
