MAKRO SOUTH AFRICA ONLINE SUCKS

I bought bar chairs online on 30 June 2022 for a delivery. On 27 July 2022 I haven't received my delivery. I called their customer service many times but no assistance. I was told my order has been cancelled due to supplier NO STOCK. There was no communication whatsoever. The customer service assistant seems to know nothing. When I asked him when am I going to get a refund, He doesn't even know. I'm still waiting for a refund and I don't know what to do
