Makro South Africa On-line Store - Stay Away

I will never use the Makro Online service to purchase any item again. I purchased an Air Fryer, and with the first use, the handle came off. I used the online return function to log the return on the 24th of January 2024. I received no feedback, and only when I started enquiring about the progress, did I get feedback. It is now the 14th working day since I have logged the return/refund, and the matter has still not been resolved.

This is by far the worst service that I have received from an online supplier in South Africa to date. It is easier and more effective to return items purchased from international suppliers than it is to finalize a return to Makro Online store.
