Makro South Africa is a JOKE!!!
Makro has a disgusting customer care. The email bounce, the phone lines keep disconnecting you, and worst of all there is zero follow up to issues from their snr team. They made a mistake on a price of a product and to get away from giving me what I paid for, **** and told me they were out of stock. Which is not true. Couldn’t get a manager to call me back for 2 weeks. This has been a chocking experience with your company. I will never shop with you again purely based on how it was handled. Even the moral ethics of your team are questionable.

18 Nov 2022, 15:33LOL i have 5 other emails saying its being escalated and someone will get back to me. I dont know how you guys are still in business they way you operate, have you seen your profile here on Hellopeter? there is a clear pattern of customers anger. fix yoursleves
