Makro South Africa, Very bad service, got a damaged product and it is over a month trying to get MAKRO to collect the product for a refund. The sales person from Makro tried to convince us to keep the product for a discounted price, we considered it because we’ve already went through so much to just get them to collect the product - then the sales rep came back and told us they are not going to give us discount because the product was already on promotion (it is a damaged product????) so they will rather collect the product???? Customer Service is not capable to deal or sort the issue out. I’ve been phoning for the last week every day. Last week they’ve said the courier will pick the product up on Thursday - we are still waiting for the courier. When we phone customer services they just log a new call. Don’t waste your time and money rather shop somewhere else where customers do matter.
