Makro South Africa

My family ordered two products from Makro SA on the 27th of February. We received the one product but never received the other. We then called to cancel the undelivered item and were told we would be receiving the refund. I have been calling for weeks trying to get my refund and were told that when my case eventually made it on the list it would be 7-10 days before payment. When I informed them that we had waited that time and had still not heard back, they said my case was not on the list yet. . I am not the only person that I know that has had this issue. Most unhelpful and disappointing experience. I will not be going back.
