Makro sorry sir we will escalate it

I order online from Makro wich was ordered wrong in the beginning of September.We phone in and canceled the order the next day,and was the money will be paid back in 3 - 5 working days.After more than a month and numerouse calls they still escalate it.I hope somebody read this who can assist me.
