Makro sold me an old tumble dryer disguised as a new product

Terrible services and extremely dishonest

I bought a new tumble dryer from Makro Strubens Valley branch, when I removed the packaging, it was full of scratches and imprints indicating previous use.

It's appalling that they wouldn't try pass off a used tumble dryer as new. I emailed head office, no response. I even went to the store and they said someone will come pick it and I'm still waiting.

Despicable service. Collect your used dryer. I want my money back.
