Makro sold me a refurbished fridge

I purchased a defy fridge from makro CORNUBIA The fridge was unpacked and it has a yellow note inside that says the fridge was a repaired unit. I'm so frustrated with that service how can you send a customer a refurbished fridge.

What kind of service is makro providing.
