MAKRO SOLD ME A FAULTY MACHINE AND NOT STICKING TO THEIR RETRUN POLICY

I bought a washing and dryer machine from Makro on 4 October 2024 and lodged a return request due to the machine being faulty. I lodged the request within 14 days as per their return policy but Makro send through a correspondence on 10 October rejecting the return request and alleging that the return date has lapesed.

I will be left with no other option but escalate for legal advise if this matter is not resolved within 7 days. Firstly, you incorrectly rejected a return claim which was well within the 14 days as stipulated on your return policy. Not sure if you taking me for a ride or what!!!!!
