Makro sold me a faulty fridge

I just don’t recommend anyone to buy from makro online they are not helpful..I brought a fridge Friday morning they delivered it Friday late but the fridge is not working when I try to log a return they decline it even their customer service team is useless because they are not able to help..and I still have to pay Payflex for the fridge that’s not working
