Makro so disapointing

I am so frustrated with makro really.. on their website they advertise for makro travel I have went to makro Springfield they advised I can book a flight online when I tried it didn't work so I called makro/rcs on Saturday they advised that I need to download the app and generate a otp pin and pay for the flight and register for self service which I did then the payment failed even though I have enough credit and the pin was successfully generated. I called makro again they advised to call the store so I called makro Springfield they said they didn't get training on makro travel and gave me makro cornobia number they said that it's discontinued so I called the call center they said it's available I messaged makro on fb they said must go in store

My airtime is almost depleted I just need to know does makro offer the makro travel where I can purchase a flight using my makro credit card
