Makro SLA Dis-Ability to process REFUND from 5th June 2023

Online purchase was returned upon delivery (5th June 2023) and to date the refund has not been actioned. MAKRO your finance department responsible for this is DISGUSTING. If you are not capable of executing the simple instruction of a refund, I would suggest perhaps appropriate training be app****. To those who think that a refund from MAKRO is a business norm, it appears to an SLA "dis-ability"
