Makro - Skyworth TV

Purchased a TV in November 2019. My TV has started giving issues in September 2020, not even 1 year old. It is now December 2020 and I am still struggling to get someone to assist in collecting my TV which is still under warranty. I have completed the relevant forms and have been ignored since then. I am sitting with a TV that I cannot use and no after sales service what so ever! Neither Makro nor Skyworth has been willing to have my issue resolved.
