Makro Silverlakes is the worst!!

Mskro Silverlakes has the worst customer service. I purchased a TV which was defective but they don't care to come collect or assist me. The TV was never assessed in store to check if it's okay or not. All they cared about was me paying extra for extended warranty and then stated I would pay an extra 500 for someone to assist me in setting it up and checking it. I didn't pay that. I've been calling speaking to rude people and no assistance. I've been waiting the whole day for the manager to get back to me but nothing. Where are my consumer rights in this side why don't they check their products before giving them to customers? Just yesterday I returned a phone for the 2nd time because of negligence. I'm gatvol !!! I need my money back or replacement but the lady in the morning told me that's my problem and you call that customer service!!
