Makro Silverlakes is pathetic beyond measure

Makro Silverlakes. I bought a floor vacuum and cleaner that broke after 3 uses. Loggend a return earlier this week for today, the 8th. Courier showed up yesterday instead if today. Promised to pick up today. Never came. Courier called me on two rings. When I called back he pretended that he was looking for his “plummer” and simply refused to pick up the return. Emailed the manager of Silverlakes and being ignored. Twice. Called Makro now and told that they can’t sort it out. I have to. So. I guess they are expecting me to keep this broken floor cleaner. Incompetence is not the word. Dismissive behaviour is shocking!! I hate buying at Silverlakes and it is no surprise that people are so unhappy with that branch!
