Makro Silverlakes is fantastic

Makro Silverlakes is not my closest store, but I have gone there a few times this year after having really bad experiences elsewhere and this store was fantastic. On Saturday we wanted to head to Makro to buy a fridge, and I decided to call first to confirm that there is stock and that they can deliver. After being first in line on the phone for nearly 15 minutes with Makro Wonderboom, I decided to call Silverlakes and they answered almost immediately. At the store, we were assisted by friendly knowledgeable staff and the delivery was arranged for Monday at a time the suits us. With the Black Monday protests, I figured that they will phone to reschedule the delivery for Tuesday, but we were so surprised when they called to say that they are on their way. I have dealt with a few companies on days of protests and every single one had an excuse not to deliver. Thanks for this outstanding customer service. It seems like I will be traveling the extra distance to Silverlakes in the future.
