Makro Silverlakes -DEFY

I bought a washing machine at Makro Silverlakes. Took an extended warranty on the DEFY washing machine. Makro assisted me with reaching out to them (DEFY). They then send out a gentleman to fix my machine however the machine was still not working. DEFY really failed me.
