Makro Silverlakes
Worst experience ever!As usual you must check your till slip after purchases.There was again 3 items rang wrong on my slip.They took 45 min of our time to correct it.Our food defrosted and they squished our chips taking it to check prices.When you talk to them they ignore you flat,and then ask you the same thing you just told them when they where ignoring you.Worst client service ever.Manager where nowhere to be found after the 45 min wait for a refund.Makro silver lakes you will never see us again!!!!!!!!!!

04 Dec 2023, 09:20Will be waiting for your response,don't think the problem wil be addressed.Every time we buy at makro the prices is wrong,and then its a issue to sort it out.I don't even want to talk about your online ordering and deliveries,that's even worse.I think we had enough of Makro Silverlakes!!!This has been going on for years.
