Makro Silver Lakes vs Makro Woodmead

Makro Silver Lakes. Extremely bad customer service and support. After being send to 3 different service points, was finally told they will fetch the Wheelie Bins I was looking for. Half an hour later I see the gentleman that were fetching the bins and asked him where they were. His reply was "O I forgot to tell you we are out of stock". So they wasted 45 minutes of my time and then when I complain at customer service the response is like a "what ever....". In total contrast the service I received thereafter at Makro Woodmead was excellent. They make Silver Lakes look like amateurs.
