Makro Silver Lakes sells ******* and customer care is pathetic. Take my advise STAY AWAY FROM ANY OF THEIR PRODUCTS *******

It was just last week I complained about a SAMSUNG microwave I bought that Makro refused to fix knowing very well I have been struggling with they products. I have to change two microwaves and even the SAMSUNG one was faulty a month after i purchased it. Now I get sms that says I refused a quote my microwave is back NOT FIXED. At what point does MAKRO take accountability for ******* they sell. My first microwave was useless and faulty ******* to say the least (TIVO) and then samsung all from Makro. Now I bought a R1700 microwave not fixed and do what with it.
