MAKRO Silver Lakes RUbbbish Appliances and Awful Customer Services

I bought a microwave TEVO only to be disappointed in three months it stops working. I had to fight to get my money back. I was given a credit note. I made a mistake an topped up the note to buy a SAMSUNG microwave at same MAKRO SILVER LAKES. The macrowave broke again and i had to send it back for repairs. The repairs took around two months and I was told it was electric error they fixed. Three months later the same microwave is broken.

Makro Silver lakes took my appliance to fix with SAMSUNG again and was told it would be fixed and I need to pay additional R1000. I wanted my money back but was told the microwave must be broken three times before I get my money. Mind you I am at end of warranty. So basically next time they will refuse to even look at thing as it would be outside warranty. So basically I donated money to MAKRO SILVER LAKES. To date they have not tried to resolve the matter. I am still without a microwave and no one to resolve the matter.

Useless shop. I am firm believer they sell *******
