Makro silver lakes a joke

Please can someone assist me with my delivery at Makro silver lakes,i bought a fridge and a washing machine on the 23rd of november for arranged delivery of the 1st of December 2018,on friday the 30th they called me to inform me that they are coming to deliver my things but don't have a specific time of arrival, i waited for them the whole day until i called them at about17:15 to ask of their whereabouts,the response i got was shocking as i was told the drivers have knocked off and they have arranged for saturday morning.On the first i called in again about my equipment and i was asked why i didn't go purchase at makro centurion why did i choose silver lakes?To cut the long story short i have waisted four full days not going to work just to accommodate these guys to deliver my stuff just to be told that they are out of stock for things which i paid for.Im not accepting this at aaaaallllllllll.
