Makro Silver Lakes - Bought a brand new Ryobi Generator for R6.5k. Pull to start mechanism is slipping. Take it back to the store (5 days later) to be told it looks like we pulled it too hard. IT WAS BROKEN WHEN TAKEN OUT OF THE BOX. Just replace it!! I cannot be expected to wait two weeks as we need to use the item NOW!
