Makro should close their below standard online service, terrible service

Makro has the worst online service, the experience is atrocious . They should actually stop saying customers can order online, the service is terrible and below par with competitors. I ordered on 1 Dec 2024, received an email about delays, I called their customer care team as I wanted to cancel my order if it doesn’t reach me by 7 Dec. I was given assurance that delivery will be made by 6 Dec. My order seems to have been dispatched on 5 Dec to Value Express logistics as to why it’s not delivered by 10 Dec, no one knows where my delivery is including Makro Customer Care.🤷🏾♀️
