Makro should close online store...Takealot is the best in the business!!!

We ordered an iPhone through Makro online store and we were promised to have the order delivered before Christmas. Its the 26th December and we still havent received the device which was meant to be our sons Christmas gift. We had to make up stories buy alternative gifts to put under the tree because of Makro's incompetence. I WANT MY MONEY BACK BY COB TODAY and not after 14days. The agreement was for the device to be delivered on the 23rd there were excuses during all calls. The team leader of the contact centre has been on lunch and not on the floor for over 2 hours. She/he has not returned my calls as requsted. I need overnight courier of the device to arrive latest tomorrow the 27th December 3pm or an immediate payment of my money by today COB!!
