MAKRO SHOULD CLOSE ITS ONLINE SERVICES!!!!!!!!!

Ordered my baby formula and 1st foods on Makro online. Order was confirmed and they sent me an email stating that my order was packed and awaiting courier. However, today they call em stating my order cannot be found in the store what bull****!!!!!!!!!!!! called the customer service online team they said the package is with the courier! i dont know what mockery of a business they are running but its pathetic!!!!
