Makro should close down!

Rating should not even be 1 star. 61 days and waiting, consecutive follow ups, reviews, hello peters, you name it. Nothing works at all, I'm sorry to say this but I have never received such bad service in my life. But for me to wait more than 2 months for something is incredibly ridiculous (it's disgusting) to say the least. In the interim I had to make another plan with the items I required at the time. I'm not even sure if I should request a refund because then it will most likely take another year. Your competitors are in a much different class and if I need to go to the newspaper believe me I will do. There is nobody at all that can prove me wrong about this. It's a miracle how the company still continues to do business but has no work ethic at all.
