Makro should be shut down. Makro is organised crime in action.

I just received an email informing me that almost my entire order has been cancelled and I'll get a refund in 10 days. 10 DAYS!!!!! I need what i ordered AND PAID FOR!!!!!! The email states that I had requested the items to be cancelled. It is a bold faced lie. This is *****! Makro should be shut down! They are *****ing from their customers. This is organised crime!

Thank you. This happens with EVERY order. You take my money and then let me know items have been cancelled. The I'm informed i have to wait up to 10 days to be refunded. That is *****. I do not have extra funds to fall back on. The cat shelter i run out of my own pocket now will not have food. You cancelled the cat food and i have no extra funds.
You just called me - thank you for that - I truly appreciate that. I am really in trouble now. I cannot feed my animals. I'm still sending this reply that you have it on record.
