Makro / Shorty’s Tyres

I purchased x3 tyres from Makro. I did not receive what was advertised and paid for. I ordered and paid for Hankook and received Chinese tyres from Shortys Tyres. Makro says that it is not their problem. I bought from Makro NOT Shortys, they should be responsible for the products they advertise and sell. I do not want to be refunded I want the tyres I ordered!! Zero customer service.
