Makro shopping online

Makro online has bad customer service, I bought the machine online took back for refund on 02 October till today I have not received my refund. I keep calling the call centre online and they keep telling the escalating it to finance department till today I still have not received my money. I won’t buy online anymore 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡.
