Makro shop not reliable

I made orders from 15 August without a problem they got delivered, again on the 18 August i made two orders and only one was delivered as we speak i keep on making a follow up, what bothers me is when you speak to a customer care their line just cuts off the next thing it doesn't work sometimes it rings but no answer but as soon i get help as we speak i'm being cut off and i had another order on the 20 August which they told me they don't have those specific items their financial department will call me but till today nothing has happened so yesterday i sent an email to a specific person which i was communicating with and to my surprise today i get an email saying its automated email they'll get back to my case as soon as possible which is the same they doing when i call them, funny how it's not the first i order on makro online but this time they treat me like this...
