Makro - shocking service !!!!!

Makro your service is shocking to say the last. I ordered online and paid for delivery because of the convenience of this service and you expect me to take back a damaged delivery for an exchange!!!! Makro delivers a vacuum cleaner that they have clearly been trying to re-deliver multiple times with broken wheels and re-sealed multiple times to me. When I log a return online it takes them 6 days to contact me to tell me to take it back to a store for an exchange - seriously don't offer this service if you can't see it through.
