MAKRO SHOCKING SERVICE
I placed an online order with MAKRO on 7 December 2022, Makro Kolannade was identified as the store that would be handling my order.
To date I have not received it.
I made numerous calls to Makro National number and was promised the store would contact me or send the track and trace number for my order. I still have not received anything.
This is bad service, the item was meant to be a Christmas present for my 8 year old daughter. I’m so disappointed as I thought it wouldn’t take this long, Christmas ruined.

I ended up driving to the store to collect... even though I received an email stating that my order was handed over to the courier, I found it at the store. Had I not collected, which was a huge inconvenience, I would have not received the order on time.
