MAKRO SHOCKING SERVICE

SO i order alone quite alot ,and thought would give it a go ,So i ordered 3 different items ,namey washing powder,car charger ,and a router back up battery,other competitiors will send in 1 order ,i had to bear the brunt of 3 seperate orders after 3 days receivingthe first 2 ,and eventually after phoning for the third item after 4 days which was the router back up battery,they said should be sorted tomorrow ,next messege received from MAKRO the next day ,order has been cancelled for the third item ,I vow never to order from MAKRO again ,youve been warned ,absolutely useless ,then i phoned after a couple of days to see when monies will reflect into my account , your credit is pending back into your account ,cant give an answer when will reflect ,tried to get hold of a manager /team leader no one available ,frikken USLESSS
