Makro shocking service.

Very very poor customer service from Makro carnival store and online shopping support too. Still waiting after 10 days for my order delivery! No response from online help support to my emails or from store manager. Staff at deliveries say will call back but don’t. They just ignore the mails and requests to please call me and give me feedback. Shocking pathetic service. I won’t be spending another cent at Makro ever.
