Makro Shocking delivery Service

What a shocking Experience. I placed an order online on the 29th of November with a promised delivery date of the 2nd of December. Half of the order arrived on the 2nd and the balance still hasn't arrived. Three phone calls to the help line and they can't do anything but escalate the matter. They won't put me through to management and management won't phone me back. I am now trying to cancel the order and get a refund so I can order from Takealot, but they can't do that. This is the second and last time I have had this issue with Makro
